For Lent, I gave up Lent.

Well, I originally gave up all forms of Coke. (For Yankees, etc. that means soda/pop)

Well, I made it 1G2 hours.

I’m not even Catholic.

Why do I think I’m going to give up stuff for Lent?

I never do.

I’m trying to return to my blog after some time off, but I realize how much I love it.

Can you believe how crazy everything is?

I’m super close to becoming a doctor. Life is happening fast and tumblr is an awesome outlet for that.

That’s all I have for now.

It has been a roller coaster of a few months!

I have been trying to find balance in my life in dental school, and I can honestly say it goes up and down.

Some days I wanna go out and run across the state, then go for a swim, make a healthy dinner, read a classic, do my hair and iron my clothes.

Other days, I don’t wanna get out of my pj’s and don’t know how I’m going to get all of my dental school stuff done, graduate, and go into the ARMY?!

Needless to say, I haven’t been taking as much advantage of having the best friend in the world as I should be.

My best friend rocks.

She is beautiful, classy, smart, funny as all get out, stylish, professional, has a smokin’ hot body, incredible diction, shiny hair, a great smile, and she lets me wear her shoes when I visit (even though I swear we wore the same size shoes in college but she professes to have feet a size smaller than mine now…hmmm :)

And you know what IIIIII did? I forgot to mail her bday gift. I had to take a picture of it and send it to her. (I mean its a gift card so it’s not like I kept it for real)

She is coming up on a life change and I can’t wait to help her get where she is going!

I can’t wait to she what comes out of it and I am so proud of her for being so brave.

I have to admit, I’m a little jealous of her moving to an AWESOME city and starting fresh and pursuing her dreams.

All I can say is, I love my best friend, and I hope everyone finds someone like her!

Somedays I find others to laugh with. Other days I find there isn’t much to laugh about.
